About our charity
Age Concern Somerset works with and for older people in the county of Somerset and now in North Somerset too. We aim to promote the well-being of all older people, and to help make later life a fulfilling and enjoyable experience. We are independent and autonomous. All the money we raise is spent within the county and most of our services are free and operate throughout the county.
Services for you
Age Concern Somerset has a well established range of services that have been developed over our 30 years of experience in meeting the needs of older people in Somerset. These services are constantly under review to ensure that they are fully effective and efficient in their delivery, and consistent with the requirements of our funders.
